Last updated: 23 June 2026

These terms govern your use of frontiersignal.ai and the Frontier Signal newsletters and services (the "Service"), operated by Frontier Signal, based at 2 Kean Street, London WC2B 4AQ, United Kingdom. By subscribing to or using the Service, you agree to these terms.

The Service

Frontier Signal provides a free daily newsletter and website covering frontier technology, plus an optional paid membership ("Frontier Pro").

Subscriptions and payment

  • The core daily newsletter is free; you can unsubscribe any time.

  • Frontier Pro is a paid membership billed monthly or annually through our payment provider, Stripe. Prices are shown at checkout (currently $10/month or $100/year).

  • Membership renews automatically until cancelled. You can cancel anytime and keep access to the end of the paid period; we don't refund partial periods.

Acceptable use

Don't misuse the Service: no unlawful use, no attempts to disrupt it or gain unauthorised access, and no copying or redistributing our content beyond personal use or brief, attributed quotation.

Intellectual property

All content in the Service (text, branding, the Beacon mark, design) belongs to Frontier Signal or its licensors. You may share links and short, attributed excerpts; you may not republish full pieces without permission.

No professional advice

Frontier Signal is for information only. Nothing in it is financial, investment, legal, medical or other professional advice, and you should not rely on it as such. Always do your own research before acting.

Disclaimers and liability

The Service is provided "as is." To the fullest extent permitted by law, we exclude implied warranties and are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, or for decisions you make based on our content. Nothing here limits liability that cannot be limited by law.

Termination

We may suspend or end access if these terms are breached.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, and the courts of England and Wales have exclusive jurisdiction.

Changes

We may update these terms; continued use after a change means you accept it.
