China Just Broke Ground on Fusion Nobody Else Will Touch
ENN just started building Helong-2, a fusion platform aimed at a reaction almost no other well-funded fusion company will touch: hydrogen fused with boron, which needs plasma twenty to thirty times hotter than the reaction everyone else is chasing. Nothing has fused yet. First electricity is not targeted until 2030.
